Estimator Aluminum windows and doors

We are looking for an estimator to join our growing team in UPVC/Aluminum Doors and Windows, reporting to the Supervisor, Manager and CEO.

The position requires a positive, efficient, and organized person that can work on their own and in a team environment.

About the role:

• Interpret and review drawings and material specifications.

• Responsible for providing accurate material take offs, estimates and detailed material breakdown for bidding purposes.

• Identify and compare the discrepancies between measured/estimated quantity and builder/client BOQ.

• Responsible for doing scope markup based on issued SOW (Scope of works) and Windows and Doors Material Specifications.

• Ability to plan, manage, and strategize estimating activities required to meet tender programmes.

• Flexible in working relevant jobs in estimating.

• Maintain organized files and appropriate documentation of completed work.

• Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Must be a graduate of any engineering or architecture program.

• Minimum of at least 2 year experience in quantity surveying/estimating in residential and commercial construction industries or similar positions.

• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Applications (preferably at intermediate to advance level), AutoCad, Sketchup

• Strong and effective communication skills to deal with the management, builders (principal contractor) and clients.

• Can manage and work well under pressure to meet submission deadlines.

• Must have a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and must maintain a high standard of work ethics and strong sense of responsibility.

• Willing to work in Makati City
