A construction company dedicated to providing engineering, installation, and construction services for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, electronic, and communication infrastructures.
Position: Design and Estimation Manager
Industry: Construction
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 120,000 gross
Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering; must be a Professional Electrical Engineer
Registered (Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer is an advantage)
Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in design and estimation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Proficient in CAD and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work onsite in Makati City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design electrical systems for major and minor projects; secure quotations from local and foreign suppliers
Lead and manage all electrical staff, assuming full responsibility for the division
Prepare specifications, permit drawings, profit plans, and coordinate with clients
Review and approve proposals and profit plans before submission to the Department Head/President
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Deputy Manager & Department Manager
