About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in Windows Server environments, automation, and cloud technologies. You will play a key role in maintaining reliable infrastructure, driving automation initiatives, and supporting modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (2016–2025)
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and IIS
- Manage system patching and software deployment using SCCM
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate system tasks and processes
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
- Assist in AWS cloud implementations and hybrid infrastructure setups
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning
- Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for system observability
- Configure monitoring and alerting using Prometheus or similar tools
- Support disaster recovery and high availability solutions
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Lead and support medium-complexity infrastructure projects
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational guides
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Wintel engineering
- Strong experience in Windows Server environments (2016–2025)
Technical Skills
- Windows Infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, IIS
- System Management: SCCM (patching, deployment, updates)
- Automation & Scripting: Advanced PowerShell (must be able to develop scripts/programs from scratch)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- Cloud: AWS (minimum 1 year experience preferred)
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus or similar tools
- Version Control: Git
- Strong understanding of clustering, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery
