Role Overview: The Retail Manager oversees and develops the retail footprint across multiple formats in the men's skincare market, including a flagship store, shop-in-shops, mobile shops, and retail kiosks. This role drives sales performance, brand consistency, team development, and consumer experience across all channels, tailored to the modern male consumer. Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to develop retail concepts and build design standards translated across various retail formats.
- Manage multi-site daily operations across the flagship store, kiosks, mobile shops, and department store shop-in-shops; conduct regular site visits to ensure SOP compliance, cash handling, and security standards.
- Scout, plan, and launch new kiosk and shop-in-shop locations to expand market reach.
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets across all retail channels; monitor location-specific KPIs including ATV and foot traffic conversion.
- Optimize product mix and stock allocation per format (e.g., fast-moving travel sizes for kiosks vs. full routines for the flagship); manage inventory movement and minimize shrinkage.
- Recruit, train, and mentor grooming consultants and supervisors; conduct product training on skin biology, ingredients, and shaving/beard care.
- Coach consultative selling, raining staff to simplify skincare jargon into straightforward, results-backed routines for men.
- Execute high-impact visual merchandising layouts optimized by routine step (Cleanse, Shave, Hydrate).
- 3–8 years of retail management experience handling multi-site operations (kiosks, department stores, or boutique environments) is required.
- Experience in beauty, luxury grooming, or personal care is highly preferred.
- Strong capabilities in multi-site people management, visual merchandising, and inventory logistics (end-to-end).
- Willingness to travel regularly between store locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
