Partnership And Lead Coordinator

The Partnerships & Lead Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution and operational management of a dedicated portfolio of advocacy and business partnerships. This role is crucial for ensuring all contractual obligations, particularly those focused on plastic collection targets and logistics, are met. Additionally, this role serves as the primary "gatekeeper" for new business development by triaging incoming leads from social media and email to optimize the Partnerships Team’s time.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Triage

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for all inbound inquiries. Systematically audit and score leads against company criteria within 24 hours.

2. New Partnership Onboarding & Execution

• Discovery Support: Actively participate in discovery calls alongside the Partnerships Lead to understand the unique goals of prospective community partners.
• Requirement Securing: Independently spearhead the collection of all necessary onboarding assets required to activate a partnership (e.g., securing signed Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding [MOA/MOU], logistics data, site photos, waste volume baselines, and contact information).
• Launch Coordination: Facilitate the structural transition from "prospective lead" to "active partner" by introducing the partner to your standard operational processes and setting up their communication loops.

3. Account Maintenance & Partner Sustainability

• Manage existing advocacy and community portfolios, acting as their primary point of contact. Ensure partners remain engaged through consistent check-ins, impact reporting, and proactive troubleshooting.

4. CRM & Database Hygiene

• Maintain 100% accurate, real-time records of all partner interactions, contract milestones, and onboarding check-lists within the CRM.

Experience & Education:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Account Management, Partnerships, B2B Client Relations, Community Engagement, or a similar stakeholder coordination role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Lead Qualification and Organization: Proven ability to systematically audit, filter, and score inbound inquiries against established company criteria. Proficiency in the use of pipeline management systems is preferred.
• Data & Project Coordination: Comfortable organizing data logs and working cross-functionally with logistics/operations teams to coordinate fulfillment schedules (e.g., waste collection runs, product fabrication and deliveries).

• Excellent Communication Skills: Near-native written and verbal command of both English and Filipino , with the ability to draft communication materials and deliver polished presentations in the tone appropriate to the audience.

• Independent Execution: A proactive mindset with the ability to operate as a strategic gatekeeper—resolving routine inquiries autonomously and judging exactly when to escalate high-value opportunities to executive leadership.
