Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience working with premium FMCG or retail brands
- Has experience in leadership and supervisory roles
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Has excellent sales presentation skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Prior sales experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and a premium in-store experience
- Lead and guide Retail Sales Experts on the sales floor
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational compliance
- Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager
