Hybrid Health Representative (Tarlac/ Pangasinan)

Pfizer seeks a hybrid healthcare representative to drive product demand among specialists in Tarlac and Pangasinan territories. The role combines field-based engagement with strategic planning to achieve sales objectives and expand market share through educational activities and stakeholder relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet market share and revenue targets
- Plan and implement continuing medical education activities including roundtables, webinars, and symposia
- Build and maintain networks of target specialists, speakers, and key opinion leaders
- Create and maintain territory master work plans to guide physician calls and program execution
- Monitor sales performance, product inventory movement, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4 or 5-year program
- At least 2 years of experience as pharmaceutical health representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Valid Medical Representative PRC license
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and relocate to North Luzon region
