Health Account Representative
Job Summary: We're looking for a customer-focused Health Account Representative to join our team! You'll handle healthcare-related inquiries, process claims, and provide excellent customer service. Salary: ₱21,000. Requirements:- At least High School graduate
- 6 months experience in Healthcare or Insurance/Payments
- B2 CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) English proficiency
- 32 BAA (Basic Adult Average) score Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Process claims, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and adapt to changing priorities
