Hybrid Healthcare Representative- Cebu & Tacloban

Pfizer seeks a Hybrid Healthcare Representative for Cebu and Tacloban territories to drive demand among specialists for assigned products. The role combines field engagement, educational program coordination, and territory management to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and market share strategies within assigned territories
- Plan and implement continuing medical education activities including roundtables, webinars, and symposia
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with target specialists and key opinion leaders
- Create and maintain Territory Master Work Plan to guide physician calls and program implementation
- Monitor sales performance, product movement, and competitive activities in territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4 or 5-year program
- Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmaceutical healthcare representative
- Valid Medical Representative PRC license
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
