Job Description
- Plans and delivers luxury hotel events from confirmation through completion, ensuring all operational details are executed seamlessly.
- Provides an exceptional guest experience by managing client requirements, special requests, service recovery, and VIP confidentiality.
- Coordinates with hotel teams and suppliers to ensure all event arrangements are communicated clearly and delivered safely and on schedule.
- Manages event administration and profitability, including budgets, billing, documentation, upselling, compliance, and post-event evaluation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in events at a similar capacity in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and supervise a team of employees.
- Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
