SALES AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding events, functions, and venue bookings.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients to determine event requirements, schedules, and expectations.
- Conduct site inspections and assist clients in selecting appropriate event packages and services.
- Work closely with operations, catering, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Monitor event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and event details.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Prepare sales reports, event summaries, and performance updates.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required by events.
