Finance Director (Retail Franchising + F&B) - Mandaluyong

Onsite in Mandaluyong Day Shift Role Overview The Finance Director/CFO leads the financial strategy, capital structure, fundraising readiness, financial controls, reporting, and compliance of the organization. Serving as a key strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, this role transforms the finance function from transactional accounting into a strategic organization capable of supporting expansion, franchising, acquisitions, and institutional investment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned to growth objectives; lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Lead capital raising activities including debt and equity financing; prepare investor materials and manage investor, bank, and lender relationships.
• Establish best-in-class financial reporting, internal controls, and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization across stores and supply chain.
• Analyze store, region, and franchise-level performance; drive margin improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements; oversee audit and tax planning.
• Evaluate acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities; lead financial due diligence.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization covering Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Audit, Tax, and Payroll.

• 8- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience is required.
• Experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or equivalent required.
• Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, fundraising, and financial controls.
• Experience working with founders and high-growth companies.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and capital raising.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience in retail, F&B, franchising, or multi-unit businesses preferred.
• M&A, private equity, or institutional investor experience is an advantage.
