KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct internal audits across retail stores, commissaries, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards
- Perform process audits on inventory, cash handling, production, and store operations
- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support fraud detection, loss prevention, and risk management initiatives
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in internal audit, operations audit, or compliance (preferably in retail or manufacturing)
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage

- Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and risk management
- Good understanding of retail and/or manufacturing operations
- Effective communication and report-writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis)
