- Document production activities and schedules
- Verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Reporting of facilities and equipment
- Reporting of production progress
- Prepare and quality check materials
- Monitor QA testings
- Coordination with other departments for job order fulfillment
- Manage production line efficiency and quality, by monitoring and checking production staff’s work.
- Conduct inventory and release of materials
- Preparation and updating of reports
- Perform other related coordination tasks
- Graduate of Business/Office Admin/Engineering
- Experience in inventory/production/operations
- Proficient in Google workspace / Microsoft office
- Highly organized and Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented and can multitask
- Must have initiative, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in electronic components is a PLUS
- Preferably residing within or near Valenzuela City
