QUALIFIACATIONS:
- Have experience in sales or coordinator
- Atleast High School or College Level
- With mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NB
- At least fully vaccinated
- Willing to start ASAP
A Retail Trade Coordinator bridges the gap between corporate headquarters, suppliers, and retail stores. They manage inventory levels, track sales performance, and coordinate promotional campaigns and visual merchandising displays. Their primary goal is to ensure smooth operations and maximize product availability across various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock replenishment, track product performance, and monitor size runs to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Merchandising & Promotions: Ensure planograms, pricing tags, and marketing collaterals are correctly deployed across stores.
• Sales Analysis: Gather and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify buying trends and improve retail strategies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between store staff, suppliers, visual merchandisers, and corporate management.
• Staff Mentorship: Assist in onboarding, training, and guiding sales associates on product highlights and customer service standards.
