Store Operations/Marketing Supervisor

Description - Supervise daily store operations to ensure optimum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and attract new customers.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with upper management to assess sales performance and develop improvement plans.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- Responsibilities and Duties: Basic understanding of retail operations and marketing techniques
