Accounting Manager

An Accounting Manager oversees the organization’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of accounting staff to support sound financial management and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise accounting staff
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Accountancy
- Entitled to Rice and Transportation Allowance upon regularization
- Available to start immediately
Note: No specific years of experience required, provided the candidate has handled the full accounting cycle
