Quality Assurance Officer

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management systems.
- Assist in training staff on quality control practices and standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management or Engineering.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with periodic on-site inspections.
