- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to develop financial strategies and manage departmental budgets.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the requirement to meet tight deadlines.
