Responsibilities :
- Lead enterprise data analysis and reporting initiatives across multiple business units.
- Design and deliver executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
- Define data models, reporting standards, and governance best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to develop strategic KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.
- Lead reporting automation, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to executives and key stakeholders.
- Mentor Data Analysts and establish analytics standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
- Oversee production reporting, resolve complex data issues, and drive strategic analytics decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- SQL & Database Management
- Microsoft Excel & Power Query
- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Data Visualization & Dashboard Development
- KPI Development & Business Reporting
- Data Validation & Data Cleansing
- ETL & Data Warehousing Concepts
- Agile / Scrum Methodologies
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst / Professional
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Google Professional Data Engineer (Preferred)
- Scrum Foundations
