Company Nurse

Knowles Electronics (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Company Nurse to support occupational health, clinic operations, employee wellness programs, and regulatory compliance within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and provide nursing care to employees.
• Coordinate medical examinations, health monitoring, and return-to-work processes.
• Respond to workplace emergencies, injuries, and illnesses.
• Maintain employee medical records and clinic inventories.
• Support health and wellness programs, vaccination drives, drug testing, and health awareness campaigns.
• Assist in occupational health compliance, audits, inspections, and EHS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Registered Nurse (RN).
• OHNAP/BOSH Certified and with relevant occupational health training.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably ISO 45001-certified or PEZA-registered companies.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial clinic management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
