General Affairs Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven General Affairs Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Human Resources (HR), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), and Maintenance functions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and the effective Management of company facilities and support services. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams while fostering a safe, productive, and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources * Supervise daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. * Ensure implementation and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations. * Coordinate employee training, performance evaluation programs, and engagement initiatives. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support management in organizational development and manpower planning. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Lead the implementation of company EHS, programs, and procedures.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize safety training, emergency drills and employee awareness programs.
• Monitor compliance with government permits and regulatory requirements.

Maintenance and Facilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of company buildings, facilities, machinery and utilities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
• Manage maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Monitor facility Conditions and recommend improvements.
• Oversee utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. * At least 3 years of supervisory experience in General Affairs, HR, Administration, Facilities Management, or a related function.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws. occupational safety regulations and facility management practices.
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing, reading and interpreting facility lay-outs, office and factory floor plans and basic engineering drawings.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
