Job Description:
The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving sales performance. The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid background in aesthetic or dermatological services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily clinic operations and staff
- Provide professional skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Drive sales by promoting clinic services and products
- Monitor staff performance and provide training when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with clinic standards
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues efficiently
