Description - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare and financial services, ensuring accurate information is delivered.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve operational processes.
- Record and document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare or financial services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
