Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

We're hiring for Customer Service Representative for our PIONEER ACCOUNT that can start this coming June 2026. - Manages inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats regarding patient appointments, insurance benefits, billing, and pre-authorizations.
- Provide empathetic service, resolve complaints.
- Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and improve service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Create and maintain reports on customer retention metrics
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: HS Grad / SHS Grad , College Undergrad / Graduate
- Experience Level: At least 1 year experience handling Healthcare Account in BPO industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, empathetic skills and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, okay to work onsite in Pasig or Makati
