- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist project managers in developing project documentation and plans.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in resource allocation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
