Business Development Officer / Associate

An established memorial park in Negros Oriental is looking for a Business Development Officer or Associate to handle the planning, financial projections (costs, revenues) and documentation for expansion of marketable areas and development of new types of lots to offer to the public.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Good Interpersonal skills & flair for verbal & visual communications
- Experience in real estate development or project management is an advantage
- Prior exposure to government permitting or compliance documentation is a plus.
Skills:
- Conversant in English, Cebuana (optional: Ilonggo, Tagalog)
- Above-average skills in written English
- Very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office apps
- Proficient in email, instant messaging apps
Residents of Tanjay City or nearby municipalities (Pamplona, Amlan, San Jose, Bais) are preferred, for optimal on-site presence during the 5-½ day workweek.
