Requirements
- Experience with digital workplace platforms such as ServiceNow or SharePoint
- Proficiency in email communications platform design and execution
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and digital communication best practices
- Ability to gather stakeholder requirements and recommend communication solutions
- Experience using generative AI tools like ChatGPT for content development
- Strong writing and content management skills with attention to accuracy and compliance
