Marketing and Sales Strategy Head

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies for all restaurant brands and branches.
• Drive revenue growth through promotions, partnerships, events, and corporate tie-ups.
• Lead brand positioning, campaign planning, and market expansion initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, and PR activities.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, influencers, and corporate clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing and Sales team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5–7 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership (F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Proven track record of increasing sales and strengthening brand presence
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and brand management
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) a plus
