Sales and Marketing Associate

As our Sales & Marketing Associate, you will help manage the daily sales activities of CLANDEX while also

helping us create more awareness and opportunities for the brand.

• Replying to all sales-related inquiries from our different channels

• Handling incoming and outgoing sales calls

• Following up with potential customers and previous buyers

• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers

• Generating new leads and sales opportunities

• Keeping track of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales

• Encouraging repeat purchases and customer referrals

• Reaching out to potential partners, communities, and businesses

• Introducing CLANDEX to gyms, wellness groups, sports communities, companies, and other potential markets

• Helping organize CLANDEX events, booths, sampling activities, and brand activations

• Looking for events and activities where CLANDEX can participate

• Coordinating with influencers, affiliates, and potential brand partners

• Gathering customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback

• Helping develop ideas for promotions, campaigns, and social media

• Supporting our Shopee, Lazada, direct sales, referral, and other sales channels

• Looking for new opportunities to generate awareness and grow the brand

We believe that good sales start with building trust and genuine relationships. We want our customers to see

you as someone they can comfortably approach, ask questions, and trust - not simply someone who is always

trying to sell them something.

Build the relationship first. The sales will follow.

Learning and understanding CLANDEX will also be an important part of your role. The better you understand the

product and the brand, the more naturally and confidently you can introduce it to others.
