Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-12 months of progressive experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in various types of web applications, including HRIS, Procurement, CRM, Task Management, or other parts of ERP systems, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC) methodologies, including agile, iterative, and waterfall approaches.
• Basic proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with less supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in software testing.
• Any certification related to software testing is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze client business requirements to grasp needs and objectives thoroughly.
• Document workflows and process flows for clear software implementation guidelines.
• Contribute to QA process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with developers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to address reported issues through investigation and resolution.
• Provide continuous client support, addressing inquiries and issues throughout software implementation and usage.
• Oversee implementation, ensuring smooth integration of our software solutions into client systems and environments.
