Job Requirements
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction quality control and site supervision.
- Knowledgeable in construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection protocols.
- Experienced in conducting site inspections and preparing QA/QC reports.
- Familiar with materials testing, method statements, and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor ongoing construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Inspect materials delivered on-site to verify quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, quality control documents, and punch lists.
- Identify defects, non-conformance, or quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to address quality concerns.
- Ensure that construction works comply with company standards, project requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure proper construction methods are followed.
- Assist in project documentation and quality records management.
- Participate in project meetings related to quality control and project updates.
