Metacom Careers is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a voice-based technical support account.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to technical inquiries
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical processes
- Assist with account, device, connectivity, or service-related concerns
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM
- Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets
- Escalate complex technical concerns when needed
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- No call center or technical support experience needed — BPO/technical background a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common technology
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong listening and attention to detail
- Willing to learn technical processes and systems
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
