About the Role:
- We are looking for a Compliance Officer with a strong foundation and proven experience in manufacturing operations.
- This role ensures that all processes, products, and documentation meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU GMP, PIC/S).
- Review and approve manufacturing documentation including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and R&D teams to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.
- Train staff on compliance policies, GMP principles, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with audit preparation and regulatory submissions is a plus.
