Position: Mandarin HR & Admin Specialist Company Industry: Entertainment Inland Gaming Operator Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm) Salary: Negotiable Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Having 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, administration, or procurement.
- Having experience in supporting foreign employees, employee onboarding, or international HR coordination is highly preferred.
- Having experience in international procurement, particularly sourcing through Taobao, Alibaba, or Chinese suppliers, is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Act as the primary HR contact for foreign employees by addressing HR-related concerns, inquiries, and providing necessary support.
- Source products, equipment, and office supplies from international sourcing platforms such as Taobao, Alibaba, and other global marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal departments to process procurement requests and ensure operational requirements are met efficiently.
- Research, assess, and negotiate with overseas suppliers to secure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and favorable contract terms.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to the company's purchasing policies, budget guidelines, and compliance standards.
