Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: No Call Center (CC) experience required! Open to fresh graduates, medical shifters, and beginners.
- Education: At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate .
- Language Proficiency: B2 (CEFR) English proficiency or higher (Confident, fluent conversational and writing skills).
- Amenability: Ready to work on-site in the Makati area on shifting, night, or weekend schedules.
