Senior Analyst Business Controlling

What you´ll do

• Calculate and process customer rebates while ensuring all related requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Support the execution and administration of third-party commission processes
• Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate closely with regional controllers, sales teams, and other business functions to support operational and financial activities
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support using Sales Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Assist the team in delivering annual projects, key deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role
• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business processes; Hands-on experience with customer rebates, commissions, financial analysis, accounting processes, or financial controls
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying risks, engaging stakeholders, and delivering practical business solutions
• Intermediate to Advanced SAP and Excel skills (Power Pivot, VBA, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros); Experience using BI/reporting tools such as Sales BI and/or Power BI for reporting and analysis
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
