The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing the company’s human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role ensures effective HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
More than 5 years of related working experience
Understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and employee relations
Knowledgeable in Recruitment and Selection processes
Experience in administering compensation, HMO, and government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and preferably familiar with HRIS
Knowledge of ISO standards
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
