Position Title: Junior IT & HR Support
Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Sto. Nino, Marikina
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT & Admin Support to assist in day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and will support both IT operations and HR-related system requirements (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, HRIS support). This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience.
Job Description
IT Support (Primary)
- Assist in setting up computers, printers, and office devices
- Create and manage user accounts, emails, and system access
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding (device and system setup)
- Coordinate with external IT providers for technical concerns
Administrative & HR Support (Secondary)
- Assist HR in onboarding/offboarding processes (system access, accounts)
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and office supplies
- Support HRIS data updates and basic reporting
- Prepare documentation and organize files
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Willing to learn and be trained in IT systems and HRIS
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
