Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Fluent in both Spanish and English; strong communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, problem-solver, and team player.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
