Context

This position is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects in line with approved scope, quality, schedule, and budget. The role oversees planning, coordination, resource allocation, progress monitoring, cost control, and compliance across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, utilities, architecture/landscape, MEPF, systems, and interface works. It also manages stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and statutory approvals while ensuring effective reporting, risk management, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Missions/Main Duties

• As Lead, drives the delivery of the project on according to scope, quality and budget
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for civil, structures, utilities, architecture/landscape, MEPF, systems, and interface works.

• Overall in charge and responsible for the effective delivery of the project according to scope, quality and within approved budget.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for civil structures, utilities, architecture/landscape, MEPF, systems, and interface works. 
• Prepare and manage the project plan, work program, and resource plan (manpower, contractors, consultants). 
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions for delays or cost overruns. 
• Lead coordination meetings with technical disciplines to resolve coordination and interface issues. 
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and norms on construction works. 
• Ensure strict compliance with local statutory regulations, standards and applicable codes. 
• Manage project budget, approvals, variation orders, and cost control in line with contract conditions. 
• Handle contractual matters: correspondence, claims, justifications, change management, and risk management. 
• Coordinate with client, its representative, assigned consultants, and statutory authorities for approvals, permits and inspections. 
• Conduct regular project reviews, prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client and SPI management. 
• Lead and mentor the project team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure performance and discipline according to set rules and regulations. 
• Health and safety coordination for the project including management of technical risks. 

Profile/Skills

• Education qualification - Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Years of experience – 10 to 15 years of professional experience
• Certification in Project Management / Construction Management is an advantage
• Prior experience requirement - Min 5-7 Years in in project management or related activities
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholders coordination and management skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority · Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.

Relevant experience in projects dealing with the following topic is a plus:

• Multidisciplinary Mixed used/Smart city/township/urban development planning,
• Underground utilities management,
• Sewerage water management system/STP
• Multi-phased projects
• Coordination with multiples internal and external project stakeholders
