- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Knowledgeable in the installation of substations, such as generator sets, busways, and as well as transformers.
- Controlled engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines, and meet the quality assurance targets.
- Completed daily construction tasks while providing safe working conditions and meeting project deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer, is not required but a plus with at least 3years experience in project engineering and management.
- Must have an adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substations, installation of genset, trouble shooting, mechanical and electrical equipment such as: Genset, busduct and transformer.
- Willing to work on-site and start immediately.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction industry.
