Planning and Defining Project Scope:
- Establish clear goals, objectives, and deliverables for the project, defining what is included and excluded.
Creating and Managing Project Plans:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, to guide project execution.
Managing Project Resources:
- Secure and allocate resources (personnel, budget, materials) effectively to ensure project needs are met.
Monitoring Project Progress and Performance:
- Track project progress against the plan, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Managing Project Risks:
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize negative impacts on the project.
