Responsibilities:
Assist the team in organizing and filing documentation for employee promotions, transfers, and the offboarding clearance process.
Learn the basics of local employee benefits by helping the team prepare and track documentation for statutory requirements.
Shadow the timekeeping process, assist in generating basic attendance reports, and help maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Observe how the HR team resolves employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits to understand standard HR service delivery.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications
:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be enrolled in an internship/practicum subject.
Must be willing to work in Makati City.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
