HR Intern

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the HR team to source and screen candidates using platforms
such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Facebook, and other relevant job portals.
• Participate in resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Gain practical experience in conducting interviews by assisting in phone screenings,
video interviews, and face-to-face interviews.
• Learn to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for different roles within the
organization.
• Support in conducting market research related to talent acquisition, industry
trends, and competitor analysis
• Assist in gathering data, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports for HR and
management use.
• Help in gathering data and insights for market trends, competitors, and target
audience preferences.
• Assist in summarizing findings to contribute to the creative strategy discussions.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, industry databases, and social media to find and
connect
• Draft and send introductory emails or messages to potential clients.
• Set up and schedule email sends
• Plan the email marketing calendar
• Any tasks directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned business details
requested by i-cube Digital Solutions Inc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,
Marketing, or related field (or equivalent training/experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interviews and client
outreach.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools is
an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute innovative ideas in recruitment and
digital marketing support.
• Amenable to render internship onsite
• Amenable to render at least 300 hours
