HR Shared Services Specialist

- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR functions
- Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits knowledge; adept in HRIS; excellent written and verbal communication; effective people management; BPO/Shared Services
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee records, assist with payroll processing, coordinate benefits administration, support HR planning, and facilitate effective communication
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime. Hybrid Set Up. Mid Shift
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality
