Building Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment (HVAC, lighting, escalators, elevators, etc.).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and maintain building systems such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and security systems.
- Inspect and maintain common areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Assist with setup and support for events, installations, or mall activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and service reports.
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and building automation systems (BMS).
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment or tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and emergency calls.
- High school diploma or technical certificate (preferred).
- With NC2 in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
