Truck Motorpool Maintenance Supervisor

- Oversee the daily operations of the truck motorpool maintenance team.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage scheduling and assignment of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and service contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on fleet vehicles.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a hands-on environment, including outdoor conditions
