Description - Assist in various construction projects and tasks as directed.
- Conduct site clean-up and maintain organization of materials and tools.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
