About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Bagger to join our team at CELBERT GENERAL MERCHANDISE INC. in Silang, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. As a Bagger, you will be responsible for efficiently and professionally packing customer purchases, ensuring that items are handled with care and presented in an organised manner. This role is essential to our retail operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our store.
Key responsibilities
- Pack items efficiently and safely.
- Assist customers in carrying items when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bagging area.
- Support queue management.
- Follow the standard bagging procedure.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants.
- Preferably resides in or near Silang, Cavite for convenience and reliable attendance.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive and physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing.
- At least a High School Graduate or College Undergraduate .
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Daily wage of ₱550.00
- Coverage under all government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)
- Leave credits in accordance with company policy and applicable labor regulations
